dbWindow 3.0 removes all the stumbling blocks to using a database with MicroStation
As you can see, there are several options in the Graphics pull-down menu. You need to download dbWindow 3.0 to try all the powerful features.
The Review Single command will take one user selected element with at least one database linkage and display the mslink, table name, entity number, and link type for each linkage present on that element. Selecting one of these linkages then displays the corresponding database record in the lower list box. If the record needs to be edited, simply press the Edit button and the displayed record will be transferred to the grid item on the main dialog thus providing all the display and editing powers of the grid.
The review single dialog can be dynamically resized!
The Review Multiple command will take a set of elements provided by the user via a fence acceptance or a selection set and display a unique list of all available tables found to review. Simply select the desired table, then press the Edit button and all records for that table that are found linked to elements within the given set will be displayed in the grid item on the main dialog thus providing all the display and editing powers of the grid.
