dbWindow 3.0 removes all the stumbling blocks to using a database with MicroStation
This utility allows you to change linkages on existing elements in your DGNs to the current linkage type defined by MS_LINKTYPE (the first linkage specified). You can change it globally for all elements in your DGN or on multiple DGNs.
For example, if all or some of your elements use the DMRS linkage format and you want to change them to use the RIS linkage format, then this utility will automate the process for you.
