dbWindow 3.0 removes all the stumbling blocks to using a database with MicroStation
The Settings dialog contains a Default Values tab where users can specify what columns from what tables should utilize default values. After setting default column values, any time the Insert Row command is used to open new rows in the grid the default values will appear in the proper columns. This can greatly enhance your data entry efforts and ensure certain columns contain valid data.
The Use last value option instructs dbWindow to keep track of the last value used when editing a particular column. Whenever the Insert Row command is used to open new rows in the grid the last used value for that column will appear.
